Digital Products
Cancellation is generally allowed within 14 days of purchase if the digital product has not been accessed, downloaded, streamed, or used. Once access has been provided or the product has been downloaded or used, cancellation and refunds may no longer be available, except where required by law.
Physical Goods
Cancellation is generally allowed within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and documentation, unless otherwise required by law. Return shipping may be your responsibility, unless otherwise mandated by applicable law or agreed by us.
Defective or incorrect goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with our obligations under applicable law.
Services (Including Production and Post-Production)
For standard online services, cancellation is generally allowed within 14 days of purchase unless the service has already begun or been completed at your request.
For bespoke or scheduled production and post-production services, cancellation, postponement, and refund terms (including any non-refundable deposits, pre-production costs, and cancellation fees) are typically governed by the specific written agreement or booking terms between you and Cutline Production.
12.3. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method, where reasonably possible, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with you.
